Six (6) core functions are as follows:
Ensure best governance is implemented.

Ensure the culture, institutionalization and implementation of integrity in the organization.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4) Detection and Verification
Detect and confirm complaints of criminal misconduct as well as violations of the code of conduct and ethics of the organization and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken and report criminal misconduct to the responsible enforcement agency.
5) Complaint Management
Receive and take action on all complaints or information on criminal misconduct as well as violations of the organization's code of conduct and ethics.
Implement the secretariat function of the Disciplinary Board.
